PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW:

If your child is unable to attend the camp session for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to lawton@pinspiration.com. If you notify us at least three weeks (21 days) before the first day of camp, we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the camp or allow you to switch camp dates, space permitting. Cancellations made with at least 14 days notice prior to the camp start date will be offered a store credit for the full amount or a 75% refund. Cancellations with at least 7 days notice prior to the start of camp will be offered a 50% refund. In the event that a camp is sold out and we (or you) are able to fill your reserved spot with another camper, we will issue a full refund. 

We understand your family schedule can change. As a small business, we have our cancellation policy in place so that we can maintain supplies and staff to help us bring our very best towards hosting an engaging, vibrant and educational experience for your kids. We create special themed projects for every camp session, and must order, design and make supplies in advance that are specifically used for each theme. You are welcome to gift the camp session to another child, and provide us with that person’s name, age, and contact information. Extreme circumstances will be handed on a case-by-case basis.
